Location: Flexible (Must be based in Italy)

Salary: €39,000 minimum

What you will do

  • Manage the calendar and travel logistics for the Senior Vice President and Engineering Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and leadership events.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and invoice-related activities within SAP.
  • Monitor and report on the Global Manufacturing & Engineering Opex budget.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Facilitate communication and governance routines across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Fluent Italian and English (C1 level).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in professional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an international environment.
  • Experience with procurement, administrative processes, and cost center tracking.
