What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day operations for offices in Milan, Turin, Modena, and Catania.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, technicians, and facility managers to ensure high workplace standards.
- Handle procurement and cost optimization for office supplies, consumables, and catering.
- Provide administrative and accounting support, including managing supplier and partner invoicing.
- Support PR & Communications with event coordination and create visual assets like flyers and social media posts.
- Maintain company documentation and organized digital drives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative and/or accounting roles.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work onsite in Milan, Italy.
