What you will do
- Perform menu engineering and optimize food cost analysis.
- Prepare weekly schedules for kitchen and stewarding departments.
- Manage departmental correspondence and the Executive Chef’s schedule.
- Support the recruitment and selection process for kitchen staff.
- Assist in organizing training and development activities.
- Implement and maintain a database management system for kitchen employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly
- Collaborative mindset and team-working abilities
Nice to have
- Specialization course or Master’s Degree
