What you will do

• Support the implementation and update of corporate travel policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate in managing relationships with travel agencies and suppliers, including onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Assist in travel risk management processes and handle travel disruptions.
• Contribute to training initiatives and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis related to business travel.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and corporate event logistics.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, statistics, or languages and cultures for tourism.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Basic knowledge of regulations and best practices in business travel management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong listening skills.
