What you will do

• Manage the development critical path from initial design through to pre-production.
• Source and purchase materials and accessories while actively working to reach sustainability targets.
• Track purchase orders and maintain accurate data on pricing, lead-times, and minimum quantities.
• Partner with the quality team on raw material testing and analysis from prototyping to sampling.
• Input and maintain product data, including BOM, within the internal PLM system.
• Maintain communication and workflows with internal departments and external suppliers to meet product requirements.

Requirements

• Academic degree in fashion and/or textile education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product development role, preferably with high-end fashion brands.
• Professional knowledge of leather goods, accessories, and technical manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
