Laboratory Technician

Location: Must be based onsite in High Point, NC

Salary: $49,500–$53,000

What you will do

• Perform complex and specialized quality control tests to ensure product specifications.
• Analyze test results and recommend technical formula or material adjustments.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate specialized laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate activities with production and R&D teams to ensure effective workflow.
• Document test results and maintain accurate logs and reports for compliance.
• Respond to quality-related inquiries from customers and the commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality control experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the Color Hue Test.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends as required.
• Must be physically capable of standing, stooping, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be present onsite to fulfill job requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP software.
