Salary: $19 - $22 per hour

What you will do
- Handle inbound telephone customer requests and resolve issues using investigative methods.
- Perform problem diagnosis, research, isolation, and resolution for users.
- Document all actions taken and escalate tickets to higher-level support groups.
- Provide desktop support, reset user passwords, and assist with specialized applications.
- Monitor computer systems and operations to ensure stability.
- Maintain and improve helpdesk standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Associate's degree and minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Experience with PC hardware, MS Active Directory, and Exchange messaging services.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, MS Office 2013, and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and desktop/network operating systems.
