TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end users.
  • Perform basic account management tasks such as password resets and permission updates.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
  • Document all support interactions and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 4 years of experience (or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or a Bachelor's degree).
  • Must be based in San Antonio, TX as this is an onsite role.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical matters effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Service Desk support methodology.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Military Health Systems (MHS).
  • Relevant technical certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
  • HDI certification.
