What you will do
- Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end users.
- Perform basic account management tasks such as password resets and permission updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams.
- Document all support interactions and recurring issues in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.
Requirements
- High School diploma with 4 years of experience (or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or a Bachelor's degree).
- Must be based in San Antonio, TX as this is an onsite role.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical matters effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Service Desk support methodology.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Military Health Systems (MHS).
- Relevant technical certifications.
- ITIL certification.
- HDI certification.
