What you will do

  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to resolve emerging product issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems on multiple gaming platforms.
  • Provide phone and remote support by dialing into location servers and devices.
  • Document detailed notes and track issues using the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with field technicians and developers to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Raleigh, NC
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role and 2+ years in computer operations.
  • Proficiency with Windows (7-10) and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to networking and hardware.
  • Availability to work afternoon, night, and weekend shifts, including on-call rotation

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL Database language or Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
