What you will do

• Monitor and resolve security incidents utilizing ServiceNow.
• Manage the full certificate lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, and revocation.
• Perform routine PKI maintenance and system health checks to ensure stability.
• Handle routine client interactions and participate in meetings independently.
• Develop and update knowledgebase documentation and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PKI or certificate management environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, ADCS, and CA administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and usage of OpenSSL/certtool.
• Strong problem-solving skills in production environments and ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM platforms such as Venafi, CyberArk, Keyfactor, or DigiCert.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Relevant industry certifications like VSA or VTIS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
