What you will do

• Research and develop novel machine learning algorithms for user representation learning and foundation models.
• Design, prototype, and deploy transformer-based generative AI solutions.
• Train and evaluate models using large-scale behavioral, transactional, and content datasets.
• Build embedding models, retrieval systems, and semantic search pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy production-quality AI models.
• Establish rigorous offline and online evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related quantitative discipline (or equivalent industrial experience).
• Strong background in deep learning, transformer architectures, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with large-scale distributed data processing and GPU computing.
• Ability to drive projects independently from research to production.
• Strong scientific rigor and data-driven decision-making skills.
