What you will do

• Serve as the second point of contact for Brand Payments Associates and escalate issues to the Supervisor.
• Complete weekly KPI reporting and follow up on outstanding items.
• Lead calls with brand partners and resolve escalated questions from cross-functional internal teams.
• Ensure Zendesk requests are completed within established SLAs.
• Conduct second-level quality reviews of team work and assist with onboarding and training.
• Collaborate on special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in payment and reconciliation.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within finance, accounting, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
