What you will do

• Support the end-to-end execution of structured debt facilities, securitizations, and private equity rounds.
• Coordinate transaction workstreams with investment banks, investors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models for portfolio performance, liquidity, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities through commercial and market analysis.
• Prepare board presentations, investor materials, and executive reporting packages.
• Maintain key trackers including cap tables, funding pipelines, and covenant monitoring.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven experience supporting live transactions from execution through closing.
• Expert-level Excel proficiency and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Mandatory fluency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or high-growth financial services.
• Exposure to structured finance, securitizations, or capital markets transactions.
• CFA designation or progress toward the CFA program.
• Experience working with institutional investors or global investment banks.
