hirify.global is a high-tech fintech company establishing a new brokerage firm (Casa de Bolsa Plata) in Mexico.

What you will do

• Design and implement the firm's chart of accounts in accordance with CNBV standards.
• Build the accounting infrastructure, including ERP setup and integration with trading and custody platforms.
• Draft accounting policies and procedures manuals.
• Prepare regulatory report templates (R01–R14) and handle submissions via SITI.
• Coordinate annual audit frameworks and support CNBV commencement-of-operations inspections.
• Ensure full tax compliance with SAT (ISR, IVA, DIOT) and prepare NIF-compliant financial statements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico (Hybrid work format).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a regulated financial institution (brokerage or bank).
• Hands-on experience with CNBV regulatory reports, SITI submissions, and NIF standards.
• Proven track record with SAT tax filings in a financial services context.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Certified Public Accountant preferred).
• English and Spanish: Conversational level required.

Nice to have

• Experience joining an institution during its pre-operational or start-up phase.
• Experience drafting regulatory manuals for CNBV submission.
• AMIB certification.
• Experience supporting CNBV regulatory inspections.
