What you will do

  • Perform accurate daily reconciliations by cut-off and maintain full audit trails.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, escalating exceptions as necessary.
  • Process ISA transfers and History Forms (IHFs) within defined SLAs.
  • Resolve transfer rejections promptly, typically within two business days.
  • Collaborate with internal Client Services teams and external ISA providers to progress cases.
  • Continuously optimize reconciliation and transfer processes to minimize operational risk.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Georgia.
  • English: C1 level and above required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to avoid errors.
  • Proven problem-solving ability for investigating financial breaks.
  • Proficiency with Excel and operations/reconciliation platforms.
  • Excellent time management to meet strict daily regulatory deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, or wealth-management operations.
  • Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment and ISA transfer processes.
  • Previous experience using dedicated ops tooling and reconciliation platforms.
