What you will do

• Design, simulate, and validate high-speed RFICs, including Laser Drivers, TIAs, and limiting amplifiers for optical engines.
• Develop circuit architectures and perform transistor-level design to achieve power, area, and cost objectives.
• Execute schematic design and performance optimization using industry-standard EDA tools.
• Collaborate with layout engineers and cross-functional teams including Silicon Photonics, DSP, and Packaging.
• Lead silicon bring-up, laboratory characterization, and design correlation activities.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior RFIC designers.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in high-speed analog/RFIC design for communication, datacom, or optical applications.
• Deep expertise in Laser Drivers, TIAs, clock and data recovery support circuits, and analog front-end functions.
• Strong proficiency with Cadence design flow (Virtuoso, Spectre, EM tools).
• Proven experience supporting silicon validation, characterization, and qualification.
• Solid understanding of electro-optic integration with Silicon Photonics.
