What you will do

• Coordinate and support global HR teams based in Amsterdam and other international locations.
• Contribute to global HR projects including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and recruitment initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate training programs via the internal learning system.
• Maintain and improve monthly data dashboards and HR reports.
• Support digital capability development and coordinate the Digital Ambassadors community.
• Assist with People review preparation and general HRBP tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interest in HR processes and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort using AI or automation tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure international environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
