Location: Hybrid in Nijmegen, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and improve occupational health and safety approaches, including risk assessments and ISO 45001 audits.
  • Assess and maintain physical security measures, including access control, camera surveillance, and intrusion alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and ISO requirements across international business premises.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT Security, and Compliance to establish a consistent organizational approach.
  • Contribute to safety and security planning for the new Fulfilment Center.

Requirements

  • Experience in occupational health, safety, and physical security, preferably within a Nordic and Benelux context.
  • Familiarity with building codes and premises security methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and change management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to premises within the Netherlands and internationally.
