What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants from prospecting to onboarding.
- Develop and execute the market expansion strategy for North America.
- Negotiate complex, long-term agreements with senior decision-makers.
- Research payment market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to align B2B offerings.
- Track sales targets and report progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B payments or fintech sales.
- Fluent English.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in international contexts.
- Deep knowledge of the North American payments market.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
