What you will do

• Maintain and enhance recurring HR dashboards and reports including headcount and attrition metrics.
• Support total rewards agenda through data preparation, pay gap analysis, and salary benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, standardization, and automation within HR systems.
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements, reward trends, and market best practices.
• Prepare presentations and documentation to support reward, recognition, and benefits initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global HRIS and People Analytics teams on process improvements and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Business, HR, Data Analytics, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
• Interest in HR systems, reward tooling, and digital solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
