What you will do
- Maintain and enhance recurring HR dashboards and reports including headcount and attrition metrics.
- Support total rewards agenda through data preparation, pay gap analysis, and salary benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, standardization, and automation within HR systems.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements, reward trends, and market best practices.
- Prepare presentations and documentation to support reward, recognition, and benefits initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global HRIS and People Analytics teams on process improvements and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Business, HR, Data Analytics, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
- Interest in HR systems, reward tooling, and digital solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
