What you will do

• Deliver IOP program curriculum consisting of the Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions.
• Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate level of care assignments.
• Provide individual counseling and empowering crisis support services to IOP patients.
• Develop clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, meeting regulatory and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and support staff to ensure smooth program operations.
• Engage with referral partners and community organizations to increase program visibility and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Licensure: Required MFTC, LPCC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Location: Must be based in Fort Collins, CO (On-site).
• Deep knowledge of the substance abuse population, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive issues.
