What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe support.
• Conduct in-person care delivery from your own private or group practice office.
• Utilize Lyra's matching technology and provider platform for scheduling and client management.
• Respond to clinical crises and manage patient risk as required.
• Collaborate with the clinical consultations team and participate in specialty group meetings.

Requirements

• Full-time resident of the United States.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (must be able to work independently without supervision).
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Must have office space with the ability to see clients in the Florida area.
• Proven commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience in managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
