What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing, automation, and PCBA test equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and restore production operations.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support equipment installation, qualification, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance with minimal production disruption.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure work areas remain clean and safe.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Orange County, CA.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, automation, or test equipment.
• Experience in a regulated medical device, FDA, or ISO environment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with maintenance work orders, logs, or CMMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
