What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle for Global Procurement platform products from discovery to delivery.
• Champion a customer-first philosophy to improve procurement journeys for internal users and suppliers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba, driving enhancements to requisition, ordering, and invoicing workflows.
• Define functional requirements and create detailed documentation including user stories and process flows.
• Integrate AI and machine learning tools to streamline procurement processes and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordinate end-to-end system testing and UAT.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience in enterprise procurement or operational domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or comparable Source to Pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer).
• Proven focus on customer experience design and journey mapping in an enterprise context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information at a management level.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience applying AI/ML to procurement optimization.
• Background in supplier relationship management or vendor risk management.
