What you will do
- Support the product lifecycle for Global Procurement platform products from discovery to delivery.
- Champion a customer-first philosophy to improve procurement journeys for internal users and suppliers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP Ariba, driving enhancements to requisition, ordering, and invoicing workflows.
- Define functional requirements and create detailed documentation including user stories and process flows.
- Integrate AI and machine learning tools to streamline procurement processes and predictive analytics.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordinate end-to-end system testing and UAT.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience in enterprise procurement or operational domains.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or comparable Source to Pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer).
- Proven focus on customer experience design and journey mapping in an enterprise context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information at a management level.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fieldglass.
- Experience applying AI/ML to procurement optimization.
- Background in supplier relationship management or vendor risk management.
