Senior Design Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Must be based in Foster City, CA (On-site)

What you will do

• Lead multiple capital construction projects from initiation through close-out, owning the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage financial and schedule control systems, including cost estimates, budgets, and change orders.
• Partner with internal teams to develop project programs and collaborate on real estate due diligence.
• Manage procurement by sourcing external partners and recommending project delivery methods.
• Track progress, drive entitlements and permits, and manage executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of direct Owner-side design/construction project management.
• Experience leading capital projects between $2M-$50M+ across diverse typologies like R&D, manufacturing, and industrial.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and architectural design document review.
• Expertise in contract procurement, analysis, and negotiation.
• High proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
