Project Manager

Location: Remote; periodic travel may be required. The organization is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, and supports remote work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with stakeholders.
• Drive project execution and manage tasks, deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Act as a primary stakeholder contact, provide project updates, and negotiate scope changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Ensure deliverable quality, conduct project reviews and audits, and support risk and contingency planning.
• Maintain PMO governance in Workfront, including project templates, user data, resource information, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing projects at a software development company.
• Expertise with Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, and the software development life cycle.
• Experience with Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
