What you will do

• Develop and refine a bold global event strategy to drive market differentiation.
• Lead the full lifecycle of Tier 1 global events, including planning, execution, and vendor management.
• Formalize and evolve the global sponsorship and partnership framework.
• Implement standardized measurement frameworks to evaluate brand and commercial ROI.
• Act as the central strategic partner for regional and field marketing teams.
• Manage significant global budgets with precision and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading global events, sponsorships, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes in complex global programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into cross-channel strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects and budgets.
• Strong analytical capabilities for establishing KPIs and leveraging data-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
