What you will do

• Triage and resolve incoming infrastructure requests across Slack, Jira, and office hours.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, including logs, systems, and configurations.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and Go to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Maintain and improve build and release pipelines, runbooks, and self-service documentation.
• Collaborate with security, product, and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call escalation rotation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, operations, DevOps, or technical support.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong foundation in Linux, containers, and at least one major public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset for internal customer support.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or Argo.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog.
• Hands-on experience with production databases like PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
• Background in building production-grade AI agents or RAG systems.
