What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direct oversight for core functions including payment processing, treasury operations, and reconciliations.
• Lead process mapping, optimization, and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase leverage.
• Design and implement robust frameworks for managing operational risks and ensuring compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary operations team.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and client coverage departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record of scaling operational functions such as payments and treasury.
• Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies and automation implementation.
• Strong understanding of the financial regulatory landscape, including AML and financial crime prevention.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
