Creator Community & Scaled Programs Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Los Angeles, USA. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Engage and activate high-potential creators and artists within the community.
• Build and maintain scalable support systems including onboarding, FAQs, and community touchpoints.
• Evolve manual program sourcing into system-driven, automated models.
• Monitor program health and iterate on mechanics to ensure high-quality creator experiences.
• Translate community feedback and product friction into insights for Product and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Creator Operations to improve tooling, ticketing, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in community, creator, or program management at a tech platform.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles.
• Strong builder mindset with experience creating and scaling systems.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with CRM/operational tooling.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and turn ambiguous processes into structured systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools or lightweight scripting.
• Interest in creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or music.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
