What you will do

• Review bank reconciliations and manage month-end close processes.
• Handle fixed asset accounting and revenue reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll entries and confirm allocations for properties.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare lender reports.
• Conduct monthly P&L calls with operations and property teams.
• Support annual audits, tax processes, and budget preparation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina and legally authorized to work as a contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar ERP applications.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles and financial statement preparation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with Federal and State tax regulations.
