Senior Accountant (Real Estate/Hospitality)

Location: Remote - Argentina

What you will do

• Review bank reconciliations, revenue reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and month-end close activities for corporate and property entities.
• Process property invoices, payroll entries, payroll allocations, reimbursements, and fixed asset accounting.
• Review accruals, oversee RE filings, and prepare lender reports and final reporting packages.
• Support annual budgeting, T-6 budgets, bonus and commission calculations, audits, and tax processes.
• Conduct monthly P&L calls with operations and property teams and develop SOPs for finance and accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with QuickBooks and other ERP accounting applications.
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles, financial statement preparation, accounting guidelines, and federal and state tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be legally authorized to work as a contractor in Argentina and be at least 18 years old.
