What you will do

• Ship marketable features for the Storyblok app using modern web technologies.
• Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for a frontend domain.
• Identify systemic risks and architectural bottlenecks to drive proactive remediation.
• Write technical design documents and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers across projects to grow technical ownership and capability.
• Contribute hands-on to critical areas including refactoring and performance improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Vue or React.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance, security, and accessibility.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing concepts and frameworks like Cypress and Playwright.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and driving cross-team alignments.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
