Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Norwegian) - Freelance AI Trainer Project (AI)

Location: Worldwide, remote

Service fees: $6–$65 per hour, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context in Norwegian.
• Perform quality assurance and identify subtle cultural errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during production scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Previous tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Norwegian proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous understanding of language and cultural nuance, including the ability to identify subtle unnatural phrasing.
