What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Check Intelligence business.
• Convert check processing needs, deposit workflows, fraud trends, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and market opportunities into product requirements and investment priorities.
• Partner with engineering, data science, fraud experts, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable check intelligence capabilities.
• Lead roadmap planning and prioritization across fraud prevention, deposit decisioning, image quality, risk signals, APIs, analytics, operational tooling, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Manage and coach a team of product managers to improve product discovery, requirements quality, stakeholder management, execution discipline, and business ownership.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs (fraud detection performance, false positive rates, adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, deposit completion rates, customer satisfaction) and align with go-to-market stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product teams or managing product managers.
• Experience owning complex B2B, SaaS, API-based, financial services, fraud prevention, risk management, payments, or banking technology products.
• Strong understanding of check processing, mobile deposit, deposit review workflows, financial institution operations, and check fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of check fraud trends and typologies (e.g., duplicate presentment, altered/counterfeit checks, forged endorsements, account takeover-related deposit fraud, mule activity, coordinated fraud rings).
• Experience building or managing fraud detection, risk scoring, decisioning, analytics, workflow, or intelligence products.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using product metrics, fraud performance metrics, customer usage data, business cases, and outcome-based reporting.
