What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for Punjabi grammar, naturalness, and cultural accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance and identify subtle cultural errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Analyze task quality trends and create educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level Punjabi vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during production scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Punjabi proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to turn raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous attention to subtle phrasing and cultural nuance in Punjabi.
