What you will do

• Analyze and interpret complex survey research data to measure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain scripts to clean, manipulate, and validate data models.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada
• Masters degree with 2+ years of experience or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of advanced understanding of statistics and machine learning methods.
• Proficiency in Python (required), SQL, SAS, and SPSS.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a cloud computing environment.
