Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, CA (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends in consumer behavior, content consumption, and piracy activity.
• Support and enhance existing analytical models, reporting products, and research programs.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards to provide intelligence to business stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover drivers of content demand and audience engagement.
• Partner with research, operations, and technology teams to improve data quality and analytical workflows.
• Explore new analytical approaches including AI and machine learning techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience applying quantitative analysis to real-world problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression, and predictive modeling.
• Experience creating data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with econometrics, causal inference, or forecasting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of the media, entertainment, or streaming landscape.
• Exposure to survey research or consumer insights methodologies.
