Product Manager (Data Enablement)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications, and eMarketing platforms.
• Translate complex marketing and business data needs into clear technical requirements.
• Partner with data engineering to identify and resolve gaps in data availability and quality.
• Define features and acceptance criteria for notification systems, CMS, and campaign tooling.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, technology, and lifecycle teams.
• Manage vendor relationships for third-party communication and CMS platforms.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.
• Demonstrated experience owning data products or data enablement initiatives.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms, CMS, or notification systems.
• Strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the continental US.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with lifecycle communications or customer journey tooling.
• Familiarity with conversational AI or digital servicing products.
• Background in FinTech or financial services.
• Experience working with data engineering or analytics teams.
