What you will do

• Supervise and coach an auditor team, managing time, attendance, and professional development.
• Enforce quality requirements and standards across production and inspection areas.
• Lead problem-solving events for non-conforming materials and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update quality system documentation, logs, and issue tracking.
• Develop standard work schedules and procedures for the auditor team.
• Support health and safety practices within a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO/QS 9001 quality systems.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
• Prior experience in quality supervision.
• Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor credentials.
