What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality and safety professionals across multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product release.
  • Support site-wide EHS programs, including hazard identification, risk mitigation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Drive root cause analysis and CAPA for quality and safety issues.
  • Lead internal and external audits to ensure continuous compliance with ISO and customer standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of ISO standards, FDA regulations, and manufacturing quality systems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
