What you will do

• Perform in-process inspections of parts, assemblies, and materials at defined manufacturing stages.
• Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and control plans.
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Record inspection results accurately in reports, SPC charts, or electronic quality systems.
• Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming material to manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with computer applications including Excel and ERP/MES systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
