What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate the daily work of assigned quality team members.
• Perform visual inspections and technical tests on incoming materials and finished products.
• Identify and document faults in materials or manufacturing processes using inspection reports.
• Assist in training and orientation for new team members.
• Communicate with management regarding product quality recommendations and remedies.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection and measurement equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of experience in quality inspections within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of employees.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and wearing required PPE.
