What you will do

• Understand customer challenges across custom IC design, simulation, layout, and electromagnetic analysis.
• Guide customer design teams on methodologies and flows to improve productivity and design quality.
• Resolve critical tool issues impacting customer project timelines in collaboration with product development and peer application engineers.
• Support customer custom design flows, including RFIC, RF module, and multichip module design.
• Deliver technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations, including customized materials.
• Drive technical evaluations, benchmarks, and delivery of hirify.global solutions; help customers adopt system-level heterogeneous integration and EM/thermal analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with simulation and/or layout applications for custom IC design (analog, mixed-signal, RF design/layout experience is a plus).
• Experience with electromagnetic solvers (EM analysis for custom IC and advanced packaging is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, planning, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to customer sites as required.
• Some travel may be required.
