Location: Dublin, Ireland — hybrid, with the option to work from home

What you will do

• Lead design initiatives that simplify buying and selling property on Daft.ie.
• Identify user problems and opportunities with Product and Engineering, then develop and ship solutions balancing user needs with commercial outcomes.
• Conduct design reviews and maintain consistency, usability, and quality across the product experience.
• Plan and support usability testing, research, experimentation, and post-launch measurement using qualitative insights and behavioural data.
• Use AI-enabled workflows for discovery, ideation, content exploration, and prototyping, and contribute to AI-powered product features.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns while supporting a collaborative and inclusive design culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, UX, or UI design.
• A portfolio demonstrating product or UX/UI design work, problem-solving, and measurable user impact.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, design thinking, design systems, and research practices.
• Confident use of Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven design tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment with iterative design and rapid prototyping.
• Understanding of high-level front-end development and its impact on design decisions.
