What you will do

• Lead design initiatives for Daft.ie to simplify the home buying and selling experience for users across Ireland.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify user problems and ship lean, innovative solutions.
• Conduct detailed design reviews to maintain consistency and excellence across the product.
• Champion usability testing and research using qualitative insights and tools like GA, Hotjar, and Convert.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate discovery, ideation, and prototyping.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns that support personalized experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI fields.
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights or be open to relocation to Ireland.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and a positive impact on user metrics.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-driven design tools.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with a focus on iterative design.
• General understanding of front-end development and its impact on design decisions.
