What you will do

• Pressure-test the product thesis and drive the technical roadmap for applied AI initiatives.
• Prototype and ship agentic workflows and software tools directly against real client data.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to transition prototypes into secure, reliable production environments.
• Conduct deep user discovery to identify workflow gaps and validate solutions before full-scale development.
• Own the operationalization of product rollouts, including documentation, enablement, and communication.
• Measure and iterate on product impact based on business outcomes like revenue and account retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience building products with modern AI tools and agentic frameworks.
• Director-level track record in product management with end-to-end ownership of delivery.
• Working fluency with SQL, modern data warehouses, and contemporary web technologies.
• Proven ability to operationalize product rollouts and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate personally built AI products or agentic systems.

• Experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing technology.
