What you will do

• Perform fiber network installations, including connecting, testing, and maintaining fiber infrastructure.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure timely and efficient service activation.
• Execute fiber drops from handholes to homes and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with mainline and drop-blowing processes and conduit continuity testing.
• Perform aerial work on ladders or bucket trucks and work in confined spaces.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including ladder safety and safe driving principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greater Raleigh and available for a Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST shift.
• 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Active, valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-verify participant).
