TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Software Engineer (AI): Building and deploying proprietary risk management solutions powered by AI technology with an accent on microservices architecture and cloud-based systems. Location: On-site in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA, US.
Salary: $179,400 – $225,100 per year (depending on location).

What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
- Build and deploy proprietary risk management solutions using AI technology.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Utilize a modern tech stack including Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Java, Python, and AWS services.
- Implement microservices and micro UI architectures.
- Mentor team members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or immigration support provided.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with Agile practices.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree.
- 9+ years of experience in relevant programming languages.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms and open source frameworks.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity.
