What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customs Specialists to foster high performance.
• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to EMEA regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams on strategic initiatives.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customs declarations and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational targets and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or logistics.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team with a focus on coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• A compliance-first attitude to maintain high regulatory standards.
