What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of initiatives across AI, Platform, and Data domains.
• Lead quarterly planning, translating high-level priorities into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Manage project budgets, milestones, and risk tracking tailored to initiative complexity.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align execution with engineering managers and business stakeholders.
• Oversee Jira structure, sprint hygiene, and estimation practices across managed initiatives.
• Build reporting tools to provide leadership with visibility into progress and risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program or project management within a fast-paced, product-led engineering organization.
• Experience managing projects specifically involving algorithms and AI.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
• Experience with hardware-adjacent or embedded systems projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and building visibility/reporting tooling.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
