What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Support PM/PdM teams by creating SourceFile Packages and organizing SVN repository folders.
• Perform security patching on servers and software using automation scripts or manual processes.
• Provide technical desktop support to end-users for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory.
• Monitor system performance, manage data backups, and maintain the IT asset inventory.

Requirements

• Experience setting up and maintaining end-user workstations and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server or Linux fundamentals.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with version control concepts and SVN repository management.
• Ability to run and modify basic scripts in PowerShell and/or Bash.
• English: Professional proficiency required (Resume must be submitted in English).

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
• Prior exposure to Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Additional experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting.
